Summary:
The Utility Worker is responsible for working in all areas of the hatchery, with the primary responsibilities being to work as a chick floor assistant, weekend coverage, and minor repair/maintenance work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

30 AM-2:
30 PM Thursday-Sunday Other tasks may be assigned as needed.

Consistently practices, and enforces safe work habits and drives those habits throughout the organizationKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES Ability to lift egg cases weighing up to 50 pounds.
oAbility to push/pull 100-500 pounds.

oAbility to adapt and learn various positions and procedures.
MAJOR JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Notify hatchery management of any machine issue that could effectchick quality.
Work on Wednesday clean days.
Repair farm buggies.
Any other job duties as requested by Hatchery Management.
PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS:
Fill in for Hatchery Jobs during absences.
General Tasks assigned by Management when there are not absences.
